We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista who is passionate about creating exceptional hot and cold beverages while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in coffee quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, specialty drinks, smoothies, and other café items
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste standards for every beverage
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests
- Engage with customers, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, equipment, and workstations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and cold beverage techniques
- Passion for coffee, beverage quality, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Bartending experience or cocktail-making knowledge
- Bubble tea preparation experience
- Experience creating specialty or signature drinks
- Latte art skills
- Food handling certification
