Pow Architecture Inc. is seeking a Junior Technologist (0 – 4+ years experience) to join our Team. Working on diverse institutional, commercial, and specialized projects from concept through construction, you will develop your Revit, technical design, communication and project coordination skills while collaborating with experienced architectural and engineering professionals.

We are an architectural firm located in Stratford, ON. The primary focus of our architectural practice is educational facilities, including elementary and secondary schools, supplemented by renovations, additions, assessments, and facility expansions for daycares, places of worship, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural drawings, BIM models and construction documents using Revit
- Assist with project coordination, document management, the preparation of permit, tender and construction documents throughout project delivery
- Conduct site measurements and document existing building conditions.
- Coordinate architectural information with engineering and consultant disciplines.
- Apply building code, accessibility, and construction knowledge to develop practical design solutions under supervision
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project team members, clients, consultants and contractors.
- Support contract administration activities, including site visits and field reviews
- Research innovative building materials, products and construction methods
Qualifications:
Required:
· Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology
· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
· Understanding of the Ontario Building Code
· Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
· Contract administration experience
· AutoCAD proficiency
· Institutional, Industrial or Commercial project experience
· BIM coordination experience

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year dependent on experience
