TSB Homes Inc. is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in construction, home renovations, remodeling, and home improvement projects, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners bring their renovation ideas to life.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, connecting with homeowners and potential clients, understanding their renovation needs, and helping guide them through the process from initial conversation to project consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new sales leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, phone calls, and other marketing activities
* Meet with homeowners and potential customers to understand their renovation and construction needs
* Educate customers about TSB Homes Inc. services, including renovations, remodeling, additions, and other home improvement projects
* Schedule consultations and appointments with qualified potential clients
* Follow up with leads and prospective customers by phone, email, and in person
* Build strong, professional relationships with homeowners and clients
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate construction or renovation solutions
* Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, customer interactions, and sales activities
* Work closely with the construction and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Meet individual and team sales and lead-generation goals
* Represent TSB Homes Inc. professionally and positively in the community
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
* Experience in construction, home renovations, remodeling, or home improvement sales is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners and potential customers
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively with customers
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer-management software is an asset
* Knowledge of residential construction or home renovations is an asset
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
* Must be comfortable working on the road and visiting potential customers
