Warehouse & Delivery Associate
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse & Delivery Associate (W&MA) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of duties in their respective Service Centre. The self-driven professional has experience in warehouse operations, is exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. It is a full-time permanent position based out of Calgary.
:
· Execute accurate and on-time shipment and delivery of product to Imperial’s customer base
· Control the of quality of product provided on a daily basis
· Assist in the daily organization and cleanliness of warehouse
· Delivery of product periodically throughout Southern Alberta
· Point of contact for local client base when delivering product
· Ability to provide exceptional customer service as the top priority
· Coordinate all aspects of warehouse logistics within the inventory system (order filling, picking, receiving, shipping, and storage) as required from Management
· Ability to problem solve with the best interests of the company and customers
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and following safe work procedures.
· 3-5 years’ direct warehouse experience
· Class 5 driver’s license is mandatory for this position
· Self-motivated, high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
· Reliable and work positively and effectively within a small team environment
· Knowledge of operational logistics, warehouse mapping, procedures, and transportation
· Forklift license an asset
· Positive hard worker, Team Player
