We’re currently on the search for a high-energy, detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator & Social Media Specialist to join our team in-person. You will create a flawless, welcoming experience for our clients at the front desk while driving our digital brand presence online. If you are passionate about aesthetics, masterfully organized, and love creating trendy TikToks and Instagram Reels, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome clients & manage bookings
- Social Media Support (Reels/TikTok)
- Grow our online community
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in French & English
- 1–2 years in spa admin, luxury retail, or marketing
- Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, and social trends
