The Opportunity
Tactica Wealth is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Growth & Operations Manager to become a key member of our growing team.
This role sits at the centre of the practice, connecting client service, operations, marketing, and business development. Working directly with the principal advisor, you will help ensure a high standard of client experience while supporting the processes, and initiatives that drive continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be trusted to identify opportunities for improvement, take ownership of projects, and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Practice Management
- Support the preparation and coordination of financial planning, insurance, investment files and compliance documentation
- Maintain and optimize workflows, systems, and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and take ownership of implementing enhancements
Client Experience
- Coordinate client meetings, manage the advisor's calendar and scheduling
- Maintain excellent client service standards through proactive communication and follow-up
- Support ongoing relationship management initiatives, including client outreach and referral conversations
- Ensure client records and interactions are accurately maintained within the CRM
Marketing & Growth
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn content, email communications, and client campaigns
- Support client engagement and business development activities through coordinated outreach efforts
- Track opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline activity within the CRM
- Identify event and conference opportunities
Strategic Support
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the principal advisor
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the firm's long-term growth and client experience goals
- Assist with growth initiatives as the practice expands
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, or a related professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital business tools
- A growth mindset and a natural inclination to take ownership
Assets
- Familiarity with financial planning, insurance, lending, or investment processes
- Experience creating marketing materials and social media content
- Interest in pursuing industry education, licensing, or professional development
