What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a technician who is:
- In their 3rd or 4th year of apprenticeship in Refrigeration
- Experienced in residential & commercial service work
- Committed to excellence and environmental sustainability
- A team player who is eager to grow and learn
- Strong in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and safety practices
Your Role Will Include
- Servicing and maintaining residential geothermal and HVAC systems
- Servicing and maintaining some commercial sites
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
- Working collaboratively with our team and clients
- Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring job site safety
