Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Foster positive relationships with clients to promote repeat business and build a loyal clientele
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and treatment techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
