Mixer/Depositor
Looking to join an awesome growing business for a full-time permanent role? We are hiring Mixer/operator for a baking company which makes delicious vegan muffins and cupcakes located in Georgetown near the border of Brampton and Mississauga

Responsibilities
- Scale all ingredients according to recipes.
- Scale and place ingredients in mixing bowls and move into mixer and depositor
- Fill mixers with pre-measured ingredients in correct sequence.
- Operate mixing machine and add correct quantities to correct bowl.
- Operate water meter, monitoring amount and temperature.
- Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use.
Wash and clean the machines as per the food safety standards
- Follow all applicable food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker/mixer is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and willing to learn
- Ability to learn quickly baking process and procedures
- Lifting required (25KG)
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
