Bakers: successful candidate will be a perfectionist with a strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast paced environment working effectively as part of a team and independently. Previous bakery experience required. Bakers should be experienced creating products from scratch and will be required to Sheet manakeesh dough on an automatic dough sheeter, create and bake Arabic Tabun breads from scratch, scale and mix ingredients, operate a stone oven and able to know the art of proper oven and proofing use and the safeguard and maintenance of equipment in accordance to Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
