With 4 Stores in the Calgary trading area, Windsor Plywood has strong market presence in the area. We specialize in hard-to-source interior and exterior home finishing products including flooring, doors, mouldings and especially wood products. Our goal is simple – focus on our customer’s needs and provide outstanding customer service. We are a local independently owned and operated building supply company in the Southeast Industrial area of Highfield (2 Blocks East of Shaw GMC). We carry high quality, responsibly sourced products and are committed to providing outstanding value and personalized, one-on-one service to all our customers. SUMMARY OF POSITION
This role is responsible for products & materials stored in the yard, including sorting, picking, replenishment, yard cleaning, and inventory control. It is expected the role assists with deliveries to customers in our local market. For the right individual, there may be an opportunity to continue to work part-time (Saturdays) once the contract is complete.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure every customer experience exceeds the customer’s expectations – go the extra-mile”
- Order picking
- Assist with loading & unloading customer vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Assisting customers with locating products in the Store
- Help monitor material organization & stocking levels
- Diligently follow Checklists, processes & procedures
- Maintain a safe & positive work environment
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently using sound judgment, logical reasoning skills, and intuition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, always mindful of the customer
- Flexible, honest, acting in all situations with professionalism and integrity
- Able to deal with changes or unexpected events in a professional & timely manner
