This role is for a full time Project Coordinator working out of our Kelowna branch location.
We are seeking a person who can easily multi-task, manage deadlines, has a high attention to detail as well as having experience and moderate/advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Excel.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Provide project coordination assistance to the Project Management team, as directed, to include such duties as outlined below:
- Involvement in planning and managing a project from design to completion
- CAD and/or Bluebeam work for coordination, material take offs, asbuilts/record drawings
- Onsite survey work for layouts and asbuilts
- Updating and circulating project schedules based on estimates and/or actual productivity achieved
- Compiling material lists, obtaining quotes from vendors, making recommendations on where items should be purchased
- Following up with staff on paperwork/packing slips/receipts
- Coordinating as well as making arrangements for travel (accommodations, flights, etc) for field and office staff as directed
- Compiling and formalizing record documentation for final submittals (installation logs, testing sheets, photos, etc.)
- Compiling/generating shop drawing submittals, purchase orders, change orders, RFI’s, etc.
- Scanning and organizing of paperwork as well as saving to appropriate file locations
- Interfacing with clients/builders/other trades along with field staff via email, phone and/or onsite
- Perform site audits on project sites (field reviews) to:
- Check quality of installed components and/or
- Review compliance of field staff (quality control, safety, etc) and/or
- Observe challenges to determine why we are below productivity targets and/or
- Make recommendations, problem solve, etc.
Provide general support in office and in the field, to the Project Management team and field staff as required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
