Our foundation is customer relationships and providing value through individualized solutions at the field level and across the farm to improve the success of the farm business. As a business partner our mandate is to provide quality products and services, to be responsive to current conditions in the field and to be a leader in new technology opportunities and applications. Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve productivity and profitability
Achieve sales targets or crop inputs and agronomic services
Provide a high level of customer service
Assist with facility operational duties, shipping and receiving as required
Maintain and expand customer base within the local trading area
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective farm customers
Assist with customer meetings and field tours
Work closely with the Sharpe’s location team
Expand agronomic knowledge and industry relationships
Qualifications
Sales experience and a proven ability to build customer relationships.
Our experienced Sharpe’s team can teach and assist in Agricultural knowledge a passion for sales and customer service is essential
