We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our senior living community as Senior Living Service Staff. In this role, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents while supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents.
- Support dining, hospitality, and resident service activities.
- Assist with community events, recreational programs, and social activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident and common areas.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns.
- Observe and report changes in residents' well-being to appropriate staff.
- Follow safety, infection control, and community policies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent resident experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or related fields is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with older adults.
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required.
- Current background check and any required certifications (if applicable).
