Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality
- Manage guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Assist with training new team members and ongoing staff development
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Support marketing initiatives and special events to enhance guest engagement
- Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment needed for smooth operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to providing exceptional service
