At LORDON, we believe great style starts with great people. We're looking for an experienced, fashion-forward Lead Stylist to inspire our team, elevate the client experience, and help drive store success.
As the Lead Stylist, you'll be a leader on the sales floor, combining your passion for fashion with strong leadership skills. You'll guide and coach the styling team, create memorable client experiences, support daily store operations, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and performance goals.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the stylist team to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to help team members grow.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven store culture.
- Lead by example through outstanding client service and styling expertise.
- Support daily floor leadership and ensure smooth store operations.
Sales & Performance
- Drive personal and team sales through active client engagement and styling recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store performance goals.
- Support the Store Manager in monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Encourage upselling and complete-look styling to enhance the client experience.
Client Experience & Styling Expertise
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects LORDON's brand values.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Provide expert styling advice and outfit recommendations tailored to each client.
- Stay current on fashion trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections.
- Inspire client confidence and foster long-term loyalty through exceptional service.
Store Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support daily store operations and team scheduling.
- Process transactions and oversee register operations as needed.
- Help ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
Merchandising & Inventory
- Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor sets.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring store environment.
- Ensure displays align with brand standards and current promotions.
Problem Solving & Communication
- Address client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
- Support a seamless shopping experience through proactive problem-solving and teamwork.
