Job description:
Victoria Cannabis Company is looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our grow crew as a Trimmer. If you love working with plants and want to be part of a local cannabis company doing cool things—we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Harvesting, hanging, and trimming dried cannabis flower

Participating in facility sanitation program, including cleaning of production rooms, and cleaning / setup of equipment.

Bulk-packaging dried flower

Manual labor including long periods of sitting/standing, some lifting and bending.

Documenting all work performed as directed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Re-stocking and organizing production area as required

Assisting with additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

Someone who shows up on time, works hard and brings a positive attitude

You’re comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet or siting

You’ve worked with plants or in a greenhouse (bonus, but not required)

You’re 19+ and legally allowed to work in Canada
