Monarch MD is a prestigious medical aesthetic clinic by the ocean in West Vancouver.
Here you'll be working under highly qualified Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Eli Akbari, MD, FRCSC.
We are seeking a part-time, experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. We offer a wide range of treatments and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Your role here will be to care for our hair rejuvenation patients. We offer non-surgical treatments like Platelet Rich Plasma for hair rejuvenation along with scalp micro needling. These two treatments will be the cornerstone of your practice here at Monarch MD. We are looking to hire an individual who is able to commit at least a year to being available for our hair loss patients.
As most LPN's looking to transition into aesthetics are interested in learning about injectables like botox and fillers, it is important to note that this role will be almost exclusively focused on hair rejuvenation as it is one of the biggest aspects of our practice at Monarch MD. Opportunities to expand your learning into those areas mentioned might become available after your initial year of commitment to our hair rejuvenation practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments such as SkinPen Microneedling, PRP/PRF injections, and exosome treatments for hair regrowth. Extensive training will be provided for all treatments.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Educate patients on proper aftercare and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license
- Fluent English, additional languages are assets but not required.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Blood draw experience would be an asset, but training can be provided for this.
