Responsibilities
- Diagnose appliance issues using electrical, mechanical, and schematic knowledge to identify root causes efficiently.
- Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwasher and ovens
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repairs accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and assembly of appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide clear explanations and excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and solutions effectively.
- Test repaired appliances to confirm proper operation before returning them to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each service call.
Experience
- Proven electrical experience with a strong understanding of wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair or similar technical roles.
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and address their concerns professionally.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Experience with assembly or disassembly of appliances enhances your ability to perform comprehensive repairs effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
