Boulet Sewer & Drain is a locally owned residential and commercial plumbing company with a strong reputation in Winnipeg. We're growing — and that means we need a Red Seal Plumber we can trust on the job site and, over time, to help lead a team. This isn't a call centre of service trucks doing the same basic jobs on repeat. You'll be across new builds, retrofits, renovations, and commercial installs. Varied, skilled work that's worth getting out of bed for.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- - Full plumbing installs and retrofits on new builds and renovations
- - Hot water tank installations and troubleshooting
- - Furnace and HVAC-adjacent plumbing connections
- - Water filtration system installs
- - Fixture installs — taps, sinks, toilets, showers, and more
- - Sewer and drain work including camera inspection, mainliner, and hydro flush
- - Blueprint reading and material take-offs
- - Re-pipe and leak diagnostics
- - Plumbing code compliance and inspection sign-offs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- - Red Seal Certification (Journeyperson Plumber) — this is the credential we are hiring for
- - 5+ years of residential and commercial plumbing experience
- - Proven experience on new construction projects
- - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- - Experience with material take-offs and estimates
- - Strong knowledge of Manitoba plumbing code
- - Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
Strong assets:
- - Class B Gas Fitter ticket
- - Backflow prevention or cross-connection certification
- - HVAC or refrigeration experience
