Landscape Construction Lead Hand (Seasonal) – $24–$27/hr
We are a reputable and well-established landscape construction company with strong seasonal workloads and steady work throughout the season. We are currently hiring an experienced Lead Hand to join our team.
We take pride in quality workmanship and maintaining a positive, respectful, and team-oriented job site environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Work alongside and help lead a small crew on active job sites
-Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other small equipment
-Assist with hardscape installation (patios, retaining walls, base prep)
-Support softscaping, planting, and landscape finishing
-Help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality job site work
-Communicate and work closely with crew members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in landscape construction or skilled labour
-Experience operating small equipment (skid steer / mini excavator)
-Strong hardscape knowledge (patios, retaining walls, base work)
-Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Ability to lead by example on site
-Valid Class 5 driver’s license
-Skid steer certification and safety training are considered assets.
