This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellence across projects and programs using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies. The Agile Delivery Manager ensures predictable, transparent, and high-quality outcomes by enabling teams, removing delivery impediments, and continuously improving delivery practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Facilitate Discovery sessions, Story Mapping workshops, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between business and delivery teams.
- Coach Product Owners and Agile teams on prioritization, backlog management, estimation techniques, and effective delivery practices.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Track and report delivery performance using Agile metrics, ensuring accurate maintenance of JIRA data and related financial tracking information.
- Support solution architecture reviews and collaborate with vendors, extended teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and delivery approaches.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, risk and issue logs, and ensure Management of Release (MOR) readiness for all releases.
- Apply and enforce delivery best practices across ASP, SDLC, and PDLC frameworks while maintaining key project and delivery artifacts.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex delivery challenges, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to broader organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across teams and delivery processes.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across all Agile delivery streams and stakeholders.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 7+ years of relevant experience in delivery management, Agile delivery, or related roles, supported by post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, SDLC, PDLC/PMLC, and experience working in iterative, incremental, and hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery management, including governance, DevOps practices, release management, and architecture alignment processes.
- Experience in financial tracking, budget oversight, value realization, and benefits management across delivery initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize delivery efficiency, quality, and team performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in complex and fast-paced environments.
- High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in dynamic organizational structures.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
