Job Description - Solar PV Systems Installer
Responsibilities:
- Participate in preparation of worksite and materials
- Construct foundations and underground trenching for electrical cabling;
- Assemble and install mechanical system components;
- Install Solar PV system components and cabling;
- Willing to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done right for our clients.
- Ensures quality installation
- Ensures that all installation materials / equipment needed are ready for the assigned job
- Requirements may include overtime, weekend duty and/or extended hours.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned
Typical Duties:
- Load, unload and transport construction materials to job site;
- Install Roof anchors on sloped or flat roofs according to plan & quality manual;
- Assemble and install racking system according to plan & quality manual;
- Install Inverters and Solar Panels according to plan & quality manual;
- If applicable, install foundation for ground-mount systems according to plan & quality manual;
- Complete site checks and cleanup at conclusion of each day.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
