Experienced Prospector – Join the Legacy Exploration Team
Legacy Exploration is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prospector to join our growing exploration team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled field professional with a passion for mineral discovery and a strong understanding of grassroots exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting programs and reconnaissance exploration activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and document mineral occurrences and exploration targets.
- Collect and record geological, geochemical, and structural data in the field.
- Assist with target generation and follow-up exploration programs.
- Maintain accurate field notes, maps, GPS data, and sample records.
- Work safely and effectively in remote environments while adhering to company safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mineral prospecting and grassroots exploration.
- Strong knowledge of geology, mineralization styles, and field sampling techniques.
- Ability to recognize and evaluate prospective geological environments.
- Experience working in remote field settings and varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
