As a Wicked Good Shift Supervisor, you contribute to an environment that feeds people wholesome, fresh pizza with ingredients that pack high-quality flavor. You elevate guest service levels while working multiple food assembly stations, from prep to building, to cooking, and deliver 100% speed, accuracy, and quality always.
In this role, you lead, support, and delegate tasks to your team to conquer the busy lunch rush. As the shift transitions, you take independent ownership of the location for the remainder of the evening, managing solo operations, maintaining strict inventory control, executing meticulous nightly cleaning, and independently closing the location, setting the morning team up for success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Rush Management: Lead and support the team during the lunch rush by delegating tasks, assigning stations, managing order tickets, and expediting food to ensure maximum speed and quality.
Solo Shift Adaptation & Problem Solving: Transition smoothly into working independently for the remainder of the night, taking full ownership of the storefront, resolving operational issues, and maintaining open communication with management.
High-Quality Food Preparation: Prepare menu items and guest customizations with 100% accuracy, adhering to strict portion control and proper cooking techniques at the pizza oven.
Hospitality & Accurate Order Entry: Provide enthusiastic guest service throughout the day and night, accurately taking orders on the POS system and promoting hand-crafted products.
Inventory Control & Supplier Management: Perform daily order counts, monitor stock levels, accept supplier deliveries (checking packing slips/invoices), and manage "best before" dates to ensure quality and minimize waste.
Nightly Closing, Sanitation, & Restocking: Execute full closing procedures independently by cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, doing dishes, taking out garbage, and fully restocking food stations for the next morning's service. Responsible for completing additional food preparation and operational duties for the company as assigned by the owner and manager for other brand sales.
Administrative Reporting & Scheduling Compliance: Maintain excellent punctuality, enter daily sales reports into the logging system for accounting, and report any schedule changes, labor adjustments, or time discrepancies to HR.
Role Evolution: To maximize operational agility across production and distribution, the specific duties and responsibilities are subject to change and may evolve to support the shifting needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices.
- Hard worker with a fun attitude who cares for their surrounding team members.
- Committed to meeting guest needs with speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability fits within the needs of the position.
Working Conditions

- Comfortable working with a 500+ degree pizza oven.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50-pounds (22.7 Kg).
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Walking distances for catering deliveries and pickups as needed.
Additional Information
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Schedule: 5 shifts per week.
- Typical Shift: Monday through Friday between 11am to 7:30pm (7 to 8-hour shifts).
- On-Call: Available for shifts after regular normal times for hall events if scheduled in advanced.
