Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, pain management, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region.
- Experience working in hospital settings, particularly with acute care and pediatrics, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols.
- Prior hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory; a commitment to continuous learning is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and collaborate within a healthcare team.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
