Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team with administrative and research tasks. Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Assist with legal drafting, proofreading, and review of documents for accuracy and clarity
- Conduct research using tools such as LexisNexis and iManage to gather relevant information for projects
- Support project management activities by coordinating schedules, tracking deadlines, and preparing reports
- Manage phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, or internal teams
- Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to support daily operations effectively
- Assist with interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members as needed
- Handle general clerical responsibilities including copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Skills
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and iManage
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, professional documents and legal drafts
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written materials
- Experience in project management to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Data entry expertise with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with clerical procedures including filing, document management, and record keeping
- Effective phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally in all interactions

Pay: $17.60 per hour
