Charleswood Roofing is a family-owned residential roofing company serving Winnipeg and surrounding communities. We specialize in sloped roofing, roof system repairs (including ventilation and airflow), aluminum cladding, gutters, siding, and more.
We’re growing—and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to and manage inbound leads with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule and conduct in-person customer appointments
- Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and present them with confidence
- Maintain organized job files and clear documentation
- Follow up consistently on outstanding quotes to close deals
- Build and grow relationships with past and current customers
- Develop strong product knowledge and act as a trusted advisor
What You Bring
- Experience in siding, exterior or roofing home services is a strong asset
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional presentation and consultative sales approach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets); estimating software is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Subcontract (commission-based)
