We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator who wants to make a measurable impact on the growth of our clinic. This is not simply a social media position. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase patient acquisition, strengthen our community presence, and build lasting referral relationships.

Position Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and continuously improving all marketing initiatives for Churchill Physiotherapy Clinic. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, SEO, business development, physician outreach, partnership development, and performance analysis.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives while strengthening our relationships with physicians, insurance providers, employers, community organizations, and local businesses. Prior experience working within a healthcare organization will be a great asset.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
· Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing patient volume.
· Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, specialists, surgeons, nurse practitioners, insurance adjusters, case managers, lawyers, employers, and community organizations.
· Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships throughout the GTA.
· Coordinate physician outreach initiatives and referral marketing campaigns.
· Represent the clinic at networking events, health fairs, and community events.
· Develop corporate wellness partnerships with local businesses.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing
· Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.
· Manage Google Ads campaigns and continuously optimize performance.
· Develop Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media advertising campaigns.
· Improve conversion rates and maximize return on advertising investment.
· Create landing pages that generate qualified patient leads.
· Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
Website Management & SEO
· Manage and maintain the clinic's WordPress website.
· Create and update website content regularly.
· Optimize all website pages for SEO.
· Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
· Improve local search rankings and Google Business Profile performance.
· Monitor technical SEO, page performance, and user experience.
· Implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
· Coordinate website improvements that increase patient conversions.
Content Creation
· Collaborate with practitioners to create engaging educational content.
· Research healthcare topics and write evidence-informed articles that improve search rankings and patient engagement.
· Produce website content, newsletters, brochures, patient education materials, and promotional campaigns.
· Develop creative social media content including graphics, videos, reels, and patient success stories.
· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
Social Media Management
· Manage all social media platforms.
· Develop monthly content calendars.
· Increase community engagement and audience growth.
· Monitor reviews and online reputation.
· Track engagement metrics and continuously improve performance.
Email Marketing
· Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
· Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, educational content, and patient reactivation campaigns.
· Build audience segmentation and automated marketing workflows.
· Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
· Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
· Track SEO rankings and keyword performance.
· Analyze Google Ads and social media campaign metrics.
· Prepare monthly marketing reports with KPIs and recommendations.
· Monitor patient acquisition sources and marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field, or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Healthcare marketing experience is a strong asset.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong research, copywriting, and editing abilities.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
