Condor Security is building a Concierge Security Professional talent pool for luxury residential properties in Richmond Hill. These are anticipated openings, and qualified candidates may be contacted as positions become available. If you take pride in being the calm, capable person people rely on, this role will suit you.

Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Minimum 2 years in high-touch customer-facing roles or security roles
Strong communication skills and polished professional presence
Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Deliver a consistent security and concierge presence for residents and guests
Manage access control and monitor the property according to site protocols
Respond to incidents calmly and document them clearly and accurately
Support resident inquiries with a service-first mindset
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and controlled environment

Expected Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
