Position Overview:
- Positions: Campus Security Guard
- Location: Kitchener Waterloo Region | Brantford | Cambridge | Guelph
- Schedule: 8 and 12 hours shifts
- Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
Wednesday June 03 2026 - 10am to 3pm
Trillium Room, Crowne Plaza Hotel,
105 King St. East, Kitchener, Waterloo, N2G 2K8
No appointment required, just walk-in. All are welcome.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be available to work all shifts (morning/evening) with flexible availability.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C.
- Valid Driver's License ( Class G2 or G)
- Smart Serve Certificate.
- Police Foundations or related law enforcement post-secondary program graduates preferred.
- 1 year of security guard experience in campus security, related security experience or security training/formal education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and acceptable typing skills.
- Working knowledge of Provincial Offences Act, Criminal Code of Canada, fire prevention, crowd management techniques, crime scene preservation and basic investigative techniques.
