Congress Beer House is a gastropub located in Downtown Saskatoon. We are looking for energetic, fun, reliable, hard working individuals to fill serving positions. Servers are required to have full knowledge of the menu and go above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences.
Minimum 3 shifts a week and some weekend availability are required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments through the POS system, ensuring accuracy in cashiering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
