Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher - Appliance Technician - Installer to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills in appliance installation while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess mechanical aptitude, and have a strong interest in electrical systems and appliance technology. This role involves working directly with customers to ensure proper installation and functioning of appliances, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Install various household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and ovens at customer locations
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of appliances as needed
- proper installation and testing of appliance
- Assist with assembling appliances and related components according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and local regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Basic electrical & plumbing experience or knowledge is preferred
- Perform minor handyman tasks related to installation services
- Mount and install TVs safely and securely on walls
- knowledge or aptitude for working with tools is desirable
- Prior experience or training in appliance repair or HVAC systems is advantageous but not required
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be physically capable of lifting appliances and working in confined spaces or elevated areas as needed
- Class 5 Driving license
