We are is seeking a friendly, motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist with proven accounting experience to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, manage daily front desk operations, excellent communication and customer service skills, support our accounting department with tasks such as invoicing, data
entry, and basic accounting. Additional experience working with dealership accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, in house DMS), proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system is an asset
What you do:
- Answering and overseeing a multi line phone system
- Accounts Payable
- Assisting the Controller and Owner in office administration
- Assist the teams with inventory control, website updates and merchandising
- Oversee the Social Media Accounts with posts and engage customers
- Work with our business Google Accounts and Reviews
- Updating and working with the company CRM systems
- Ordering supplies
- Updating job postings
- Proactively participating in the company social event planning
- Other duties may be required by Senior Management
