Epic Homes is growing, and we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help sell a new 700 home master-planned community in Maple Ridge.

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be based in our head office, supporting both the sales and marketing teams to help drive traffic, manage customer data, and ensure a seamless buyer experience.
Your work will directly impact customer experience and the success of each community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Administration
- Manage CRM system and act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Construction teams
- Coordinate Purchase and Sale Contracts, deposits, and closing documentation
- Track and report customer traffic through Home Stores
- Communicate purchaser upgrades/extras with the Construction team
-Marketing & Brand Execution
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain project marketing and media calendars
- Support website updates and digital content management
- Assist in building and executing email marketing campaign
-Content & Creative
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and sales collateral
- Manage and grow Epic Homes’ social media presence
- Ensure brand consistency across all channel
- Collaboration
- Partner with the sales team to generate new customer opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Epic Homes’ values at all times

Technical Skills:
