About Riptide Demolition:
We’re a hardworking team specializing in commercial and residential demolition—including full and partial building demolition, selective demolition, interior and exterior demolition, and dirt work. We’re looking to add a dedicated, skilled individual to join our growing crew.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re currently hiring a Demolition Supervisor. The ideal candidate would also have experience with operating equipment, preferably excavators and skid steers, and is just as comfortable jumping into manual labor when needed.
Job Details:
- Organizing jobsites, instructing workers, communicating & planning with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients
- Hands-on demolition work: interior & exterior
- Work is primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Jobsite Supervisor experience – a leader who can organize and instruct a team
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset (skid steer, excavator preferred)
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to plan and organize jobsite needs (scheduling equipment and subcontractors, ordering materials, planning with Project Manager)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license and their own vehicle is a requirement
