What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Operations Associate, you will have regular contact with customers and handle end-to-end order processing including handling order modifications and preparing orders for shipment.
Hours: Scheduled for four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday - Saturday.
Work Location: Bishop's Cellar Warehouse - 3607 Strawberry Hill Street, Halifax, NS.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, delivering accurate and helpful information.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide product recommendations and guidance to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
- Handle order modifications, returns, and exchanges with precision and clarity.
- Double check customer orders, create shipping labels, prepare orders for shipment, and move orders from packing to staging.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and smooth delivery coordination.
Administration
- Document and track customer interactions to maintain detailed service record.
- Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
- Desire to build customer relationships.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in challenging/changing situations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, order management systems, and basic office tools
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic.
- Able to lift and carry boxes of merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Thirst for knowledge and a passion for wine + food
- Previous wine, beer, and spirits education is considered an asset.
Must be 19 years or older. Position requires Criminal Records Check Completion.
