Sambrook Builders is seeking an experienced Lead Framer to oversee framing crews on residential and multi-family construction projects. This role is responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead framing crew and manage daily workflow
- Read blueprints and complete layouts
- Frame walls, floors, and all roof types
- Operate zoom boom/telehandler
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Lead a 4-10 man crew
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in framing
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Experience with all roof systems
- Zoom boom experience required
- Valid driver’s license
Competitive pay based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
