Sign Holder (Weekend Position) – Daily Pay via PayPal

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, dependable, and personable Sign Holders to represent our client and help attract customers to retail locations. This is a simple and flexible weekend opportunity ideal for anyone looking to earn extra income while working outdoors.
As a Sign Holder, you will stand in a designated high-traffic area near the store and hold a large promotional sign to draw attention and encourage customers to visit the location. This role is perfect for individuals interested in marketing, customer engagement, or promotional work.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Arrive at the store by 10:45 AM
- Check in with the store manager and sign in
- Receive an 8-foot promotional sign
- Walk to a nearby designated intersection or stoplight
- Hold and display the sign from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Engage with passersby in a friendly and professional manner when appropriate
- Answer basic questions and direct interested customers to the store
- Return the sign to the store manager at 4:00 PM
- Sign out confirming completion of your shift
- Receive payment the same day via PayPal
Responsibilities
- Hold promotional signage in a visible, high-traffic location
- Attract attention and help increase store traffic
- Interact courteously with the public
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Follow all instructions from store management and the recruiting team
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
- Working cell phone with camera capabilities
- Ability to stand outdoors for up to 5 hours
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (rain or shine)
- Active PayPal account (required for daily payment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
Breaks
Breaks are included during the shift and will be provided as needed depending on weather conditions and store management guidance.
