Job Overview
Our growing snow and landscaping company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed 310T Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with the willingness to work from a mobile service truck to meet the company's needs. This means working overnight and on weekends when required, especially in the winter. This role requires motivation, dedication and attention to detail as well as problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
Duties
- Drive a mobile mechanic truck (G license required, AZ, DZ or AR license is a benefit but not required)
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders and mini ex as required
- Work in all weather conditions
- Be on-call as needed
- Work during the day, at night and on weekends as required
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems as needed.
- Weld
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.
- Assist in the implementation of a "DriveON" facility to perform our own annual safeties
- Perform annual safety inspections following "DriveON" procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Experience
- 310T licensed mechanic
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, air systems, engines, and electrical components.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
