Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound schedules and communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, inventory, returns, and distribution activities.
- Review and process shipping and receiving documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other related documents.
- Manage inventory and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Track inventory movement and update inventory records as required.
- Enter and maintain logistics and inventory data using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other internal systems.
- Organize operational data and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse teams and other departments to support daily operations.
- Respond to basic warehouse operational issues and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company health and safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Support process improvements to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with other logistics and warehouse coordination tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
- French and Korean language skills are considered an asset.
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar logistics or warehouse role is preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP is considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform tasks accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and collaborate with team members.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
