We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance/Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to work outdoors in a fast paced environment.
Duties
- Assist with various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, trimming, push mowing, blowing, weeding, mulching and general landscaping duties.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Drive company vehicles for transportation of equipment, materials, or personnel between sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance schedules and respond promptly to urgent repair requests.
Skills
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving truck & trailer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or similar outdoor work.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators.
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks related to construction or property upkeep.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for safety inspections and repairs. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about property upkeep, skilled in mechanical and construction tasks, and capable of operating various tools and machinery efficiently.
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (preferred)
