Your Role
As a Taxi Driver, you’ll provide safe, friendly, and professional transportation to our clients throughout Leamington and surrounding areas. Whether it’s helping someone get to an appointment or ensuring a family arrives home safely, you’ll play a key part in keeping our community connected.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off passengers safely and courteously
- Assist passengers with luggage or mobility needs (training provided)
- Choose the most efficient routes using GPS or local knowledge
- Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle
- Process payments accurately (cash or electronic)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and passengers
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations
Requirements (All Applicants Must Have):
- Valid G Driver’s Licence
- Valid Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or work/study permit
- Driver’s Abstract dated within the last 30 days
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check dated within the last 30 days
- Clean driving record and professional driving habits
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Experience:
- Taxi or delivery driving experience is an asset — but not required.
Training is available for the right candidate.
