LJ Patterson Sales & Service is looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined PDI / ATV Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with powersports equipment and takes pride in delivering quality work.
This position focuses primarily on assembling, inspecting, and preparing new units for delivery while ensuring customers receive machines that are ready to go.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with ATVs, UTVs, and powersports equipment
- Knowledge of powersports products preferred — especially Polaris and CFMOTO
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience performing pre-delivery inspections is considered an asset
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble new ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and powersports equipment
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI’s) and quality checks
- Install accessories and customer add-ons
- Prepare sold units for customer delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Service departments
