The Opportunity
As a key partner to the Senior Project Manager - Head of PMO, you will own the end-to-end execution of private-label and branded initiatives across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle - from project initiation and innovation launches to artwork development, packaging transitions, and discontinuations - with full accountability for on-time delivery and outcomes. Your work will directly shape the commercialization of products on shelves across major North American and Global retailers.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives for various project types such as innovation and packaging transitions.

Lead artwork management from initiation to production-ready delivery, including version control, routing, approvals, and compliance.

Manage packaging transitions end-to-end, overseeing timelines, risks, and associated liabilities to ensure smooth execution and minimize financial impact.

Serve as the primary liaison across sales, procurement, R&I, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics - keeping deliverables on track and owning risk escalation and resolution with stakeholders.

Navigate competing priorities across a high-volume project portfolio, making trade-off recommendations to the Head of PMO.

Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and artwork process.

Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Own the product life cycle by managing the project initiation, change control process and discontinuation process in coordination with stakeholders.

As part of continuous improvement, identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance project execution, communication, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
-
5+ years of project management experience in CPG / food manufacturing/supplements, with proven experience leading projects from initiation through launch (private label is a strong asset)

Hands-on experience with Monday.com (required), including building workflows, managing dashboards, automations, timelines, dependencies, and Tracking and reporting

Strong experience working in high-volume environments (managing multiple projects/SKUs simultaneously)

Advanced Excel skills (tracking, data management, reporting)

Experience working with ERP systems/product codes / SKU setup

Exposure to AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks

Proven ability to manage timelines and execution rigorously, handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and maintain ownership and accountability for deliverables

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to structure and optimize workflows

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset (takes initiative, identifies issues, proposes improvements - not passive execution)

Experience with other PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet)

Working Conditions

Hybrid work model in an office environment - 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 CAD annual base salary, based on experience
