Job Description: Front Desk/Receptionist
LOOKING TO START ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients and verify insurance information
- Collect patient co-pays and payments for services rendered
- Maintain and update client information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
-Maintain Social Media Accounts of the clinic (Facebook, Instagram, Website)
-Maintain cleanliness of office and treatment rooms
- Marketing experience a bonus
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Jane Booking System is asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to details and accuracy in handling sensitive information
