Now Hiring: Case Aide

We are seeking a Case Aide to join our team and support families through compassionate, collaborative, and community-based work.
About the Role
As a Case Aide, you will play a key role in supporting individual service plans for children, youth, families, and caregivers. You will work directly with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, skill development, and emotional support, while helping foster safe and healthy family environments. This role involves working in family homes and the community, collaborating with service providers, and responding to crisis situations when required.
What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and monitoring of service plans for families and children/youth
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to parents and caregivers
- Observe and assess family dynamics and home environments, identifying strengths and risk factors
- Assist with follow-up actions and service plan goals
- Respond to crisis situations in accordance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with community agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated supports
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Complete other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma plus completion of a Human Service Counsellor/Practitioner Program, Social Services Community Work Program, or a Bachelor’s degree in a social science (e.g., Psychology, Criminology, Sociology)
- At least one (1) year of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Possess a class 5 driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Valid car insurance, and car registration.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $26.51-$28.97 per hour
