About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented carpenter with mechanical aptitude and metal fabrication experience to join our team creating one-of-a-kind marketing vehicles, custom trailers, mobile displays, and experiential builds. This is not a typical carpentry position—every project is unique, combining woodworking, mechanics, fabrication, and creative problem-solving.If you enjoy precision craftsmanship, building custom projects from concept to completion, and taking pride in producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build custom wood structures, display components, and interior finishes for marketing vehicles and experiential displays
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and design concepts
- Fabricate and assemble projects using wood, metal, and mixed materials
- Perform light mechanical work, modifications, and equipment installations as required
- Assist with welding and metal fabrication on custom builds
- Install hardware, trim, fixtures, and specialty components with a high level of accuracy
- Troubleshoot build challenges and develop practical solutions
- Other general shop duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Strong carpentry or woodworking background (finish carpentry, cabinetry, custom builds, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing, assembling, or modifying equipment
- Experience with metal fabrication or welding is considered an asset
- Ability to work from drawings or build concepts
- Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for installations or events on evenings and weekends if required
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- MIG/TIG welding experience
- Experience with custom fabrication or prototype builds
- Basic electrical or lighting installation experience
- Experience building trade show displays, marketing vehicles, trailers, RVs, or food trucks

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
