Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to perform diverse repair and maintenance tasks across manufacturing or facility environments. This role requires,excellent customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, roofing, siding
- Painting
- Construction
- Be able to work alone, or unsupervised
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Lead small projects or upgrades within the facility with a focus on quality and safety
Experience
- Background in construction, electrical, plumbing considered a Assist
- Dealing with tenants

We are seeking someone who is able to help maintain rentals, roofing, decking, siding, painting, basic construction skills, minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Wage can be discussed based on experience
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
