Deliver an Emergent Curriculum that supports each child’s unique development and learning journey

Maintain accurate daily documentation, progress reports, and attendance records

Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural development in a nurturing environment

Collaborate with external professionals such as Speech-Language Pathologists or Occupational Therapists when required
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including classroom ratios
-
Actively participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and classroom transitions
-
Valid Nova Scotia ECE License

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C)

Ability to safely push, pull, or lift up to 45 lbs
